Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Products must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be non-personalised, unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Certain items are non-returnable, including all personalised products, and items with hygiene considerations (e.g., t-shirts).
  2. Proof of Purchase
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. This could be an order number, email confirmation, or invoice.
  3. Return Process
    • Contact our customer service team at info@elitedesignandprint.co.uk or 01706 801730 to initiate a return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
    • Include the original receipt and a note with your contact details and reason for return in the package.
  4. Shipping Costs
    • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.
  5. Refunds
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
  6. Exchanges
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. .
  7. Late or Missing Refunds
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  8. Sale Items
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  9. Gifts
    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only issued for products or services that meet specific criteria outlined in this policy.
  • To be eligible for a refund, items have to be non-personalised, unused, undamaged and returned within 14 days. If returned by post, valid tracking details must be provided.

2. Requesting a Refund:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Customers can request a refund by simply calling us or via email.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items or services may not be eligible for a refund. These include  ALL personalised items, shop signs already approved by customers including any signage work and large format printing (ie banner printing, board printing…) where production has already began or has been completed.

4. Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving a valid refund request.
  • The actual time it takes for the refund to be reflected in the customer's account may vary based on the payment method used.

5. Method of Refund:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If the original payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to that same credit card.

6. Fee Deductions:

  • In some cases, a processing fee or restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated at the time of the refund request.
